Terms of Service

Entertainment, not advice

Palmist provides AI-generated palmistry readings for entertainment and reflection. Readings are drawn from classical palmistry literature (Cheiro, Fred Gettings, Mir Bashir) as interpreted by an AI model. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be relied on for major life decisions.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.

Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans (Basic, Premium, and one-time readings) are billed through Stripe or, on mobile, through the Apple App Store / Google Play, whichever you used to subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store's refund policy.

Community content

You're responsible for content you post to the Community, in comments, or in direct messages. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, including posts that accumulate enough user reports to be automatically hidden pending review.

Your content and photos

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading a palm photo, you grant us permission to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to generate your reading and to store it so you can return to that reading later.

Termination

You may stop using Palmist and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Palmist and Esipick LLC disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a reading.
